Breached conditions	4.2 Following the BEIS inspection of the Borr prospector 1 it was brought to Neptune's attention that rig drainage which was being discharged now requires an ODP. Upon checking with the Valaris Gorilla IV it became apparent that the rig was in the same situation as the Prospector 1 i.e. drains were being discharged to sea and thus a permit is required. The rig has been operating in this manner for some time and thus a non compliance is being reported.
